  • We're back from the TOKYO DEATHFEST 2006 and the only thing we can say is that we had a total blast!!. Probably the best time of our lives ever!!. We'd like to thank all our fans (too many to mention) who showed up at the Fest and supported us, you guys rule, thanks a lot for the INCREDIBLE CIRCLE PIT, that shit was a real BLASTING TORNADO, YOU RULE!!. Horns up to all the bands we shared stage with: DISAVOWED, PUTRID PILE, VIRAL LOAD, PROTEUS, VOMIT REMNANTS, DISCONFORMITY, INFERNAL REVULSION, DEVITAL, DETRITUM, INFECTED MALIGNITY, REST IN GORE & WOUNDEEP, you all kicked ass!. Thanks a lot to Phillow (Paisa), Luke (and all in DETRITUM), Russ (MUTILATED), Shawn (PUTRID PILE), Masakatsu & brother, Tadashi, Keisuke (and all in VOMIT REMNANTS) for the killer support, help and insane partying during our time in Tokyo... Japanese Metal Karaoke RULZ, haha!!.   • After a short vacation (and rehearsal) period in our homeland Colombia we're back in action and STRONGER THAN EVER!. We'll be hitting Tokyo (JAPAN) next week in order to headline the most brutal Festival from the Far East: THE TOKYO DEATH FEST 2006. The Fest is comprised of 2 days with some of the sickest and finest underground acts such as DISAVOWED, PUTRID PILE, VIRAL LOAD, JASAD, VOMIT REMNANTS, INFECTED MALIGNITY, WOUNDEEP, among many more!.   • We'd also like to announce that Makoto Mizoguchi has recently left the band in order to concentrate on his studies and other musical projects. Anyway, his departure was amicable, we wish him the best of lucks in the future and thank him for his valuable contribution to the band.

At the same time, we're pleased to welcome Andres Usma (ex-PUSTULATED) as the new addition in the guitar position. Andres will be handling the guitar duties during the next shows and tours. He's learned the songs and adds a fast yet sick new edge to our sound!. As many of you may know, Andres was born in Cali (Colombia), which gives back the band a 100% Colombian line-up!.

  • UNIQUE LEADER has finally set May 30th as the official release date for "Awakening Of The Rebel". Tony Koehl has finished the cover artwork and the final result is just mind-blowing... a masterpiece in our opinion!.   • As far as the recording goes, we finished most of the mix a couple of days ago, now Erik is working on some final adjustments and should start the mastering process over the weekend!. An advance MP3 track will be posted here next week so stay tuned as this is going to be, by far, our best material to date!.

  • RECORDING UPDATE: We're currently laying down the backing vocals as we post this update!. Fabio's vocals turned out way awesome, undoubtedly, his best vocal work ever!. We worked on the mix today and we'll continue to do so within the next days, keep checking back for more updates as this recording will surely lay waste to all our previous material!!.

  • RECORDING UPDATE: We finished laying down the bass lines like 3 days ago and they sound pounding and heavy as hell, perhaps our best bass sound yet!. Fabio started laying down some vocal tracks yesterday and will continue with the rest today. Then we'll do backing vocals maybe today or tomorrow Saturday and continue mixing the album over the weekend and next week. Sound in general is turning out way awesome, looks like this recording is going to kick some major asses, keep checking back on the site for more updates!.

  • RECORDING UPDATE: Finished all guitar tracks yesterday and the result is just mind-blowing, as said in the previous update, our best guitar work ever!.   • RECORDING UPDATE: Already finished all the drum tracks 2 days ago and they turned out just incredible!. We continued with guitars right afterwards and have laid down almost 5 tracks so far. The double guitar work is turning out way technical, evil & twisted, definitely the best guitar work we've ever done, couldn't be happier with it!. We'll keep tracking the rest of the guitars today, then will continue with the solos so we can start tracking the bass lines over the weekend.   • We are currently at Mana Studios in Tampa [Florida] recording our new album entitled "AWAKENING OF THE REBEL" under the production of Erik Rutan (HATE ETERNAL/ex-MORBID ANGEL)!. At the moment, we're laying down the drum tracks and they're turning out fuckin' amazing, some of the fastest, most intricate stuff you will hear lately, be prepared!.   • INTERNAL SUFFERING will be heading into the studio to record their fourth full-length studio album entitled AWAKENING OF THE REBEL. The recording process will begin January 15th at Mana Studios in Tampa, FL (CANNIBAL CORPSE, HATE ETERNAL, KRISIUN, etc.), Erik Rutan (HATE ETERNAL, ex-MORBID ANGEL/RIPPING CORPSE) will be once again in the engineering/production seat.

    The album will be released via California's UNIQUE LEADER RECORDS and should be available in stores nationwide during Spring 2006. The final track listing is as follows:

  • First of all, we'd like to apologize for the lack of recent updates, we've been entirely concentrated on writing the new album as we're scheduled to hit Mana Studios in Tampa by mid January, just right after CANNIBAL CORPSE finishes the recording of their new album which is being produced by Erik Rutan as well!.

    Most of the new material is a progression from what you’ve heard from INTERNAL SUFFERING in the past, the song structures are way more dynamic, complex and intense while retaining a high level of speed and brutality which have been trademarks of INTERNAL SUFFERING's style.

    We've already composed 7 songs and already started working on 2 more for a total of 9 songs, as far as the album title goes, it will be posted here in a month or so along with the final track listing, so stay tuned!.

  • Leandro Q. was kicked out of the band due to irreconciliable personal & musical differences. We wish him the best with his new musically-oriented project and thank him for his early contributions to the band. It's time for us to move on: new replacement is Makoto M. from Japan, a highly talented and skilled guitarrist that will surely take INTERNAL SUFFERING's music to the next level!. There's already 3 new songs with the new line-up (and a 4th one on the works now), expect for the fastest, most technical & intense INTERNAL SUFFERING material to date... beware!.

  • The BRUTAL DOMINATION TOUR is over and was a HUGE SUCCESS! We'd like to thank all the promoters & venues who made this great tour possible!.

    BRUTAL DOMINATION TOUR

    Fuck the Commerce 2003 DVD has been cancelled due to the lack of good audio & video material from the bands playing the Fest. However, Obscene Productions will release a DVD including all the bands performing last year's OBSCENE EXTREME FESTIVAL in Trutnov (Czech Republic), so watch out for an INTERNAL SUFFERING appearance on this DVD! Due out July 4th!.

  • The recording sessions for "CHORONZONIC FORCE DOMINATION" ended up successfully!. Now the album is going through its final post-production stage and should be ready in about 2 weeks. Release date is scheduled for July, check back for an exclusive advance mp3 here soon!.

    Well known & respected Japanese artist Sho (Toshihiro Egawa) is currently working on the "CHORONZONIC FORCE DOMINATION" cover artwork. Sho has worked for bands such as DEEDS OF FLESH, MALIGNANCY, MORTICIAN, among others, he also did the 2 previous album covers for INTERNAL SUFFERING as well, so you know what to expect from his impressive work!.

  • On April 1st 2004 (yes, this Thursday!), INTERNAL SUFFERING will enter the Mana Studios to work with Erik Rutan on the follow-up to the band's 2002 full length "Chaotic Matrix", which has proven to be a milestone in the extreme Death Metal scene!.

You guys rule, keep supporting the underground! We'd also like to thank Anita, Skinless, Malignancy, Biolich, Copremesis & all the staff from NYDM for the killer time, help & support... look forward to hanging out with you guys again!.     INTERNAL SUFFERING is currently adding the final arrangements to the songs to be included on the next album. The band is ready to hit the Mana Studios on April 1st to start the recording sessions under the engineering of Erik Rutan.     INTERNAL SUFFERING will be hitting the recording studio in March/April 2004 in order to lay down the tracks for their yet untitled upcoming full length CD on Displeased Records. The album will be recorded at Mana Studios in Tampa (HATE ETERNAL, KRISIUN, MALEVOLENT CREATION, etc.) by Erik Rutan (ex-MORBID ANGEL, HATE ETERNAL) and shall see the daylight in April/May 2004.

  • NEW DRUMMER:
    Fabio "Dr. Grinder: Ramirez is the new INTERNAL SUFFERING drummer. Fabio was part of the band during the "Supreme Knowledge Domain"-era and founder of Colombian brutal death metal outfit CARNAL and INFERNAL HATE from Spain.

The "Chaos Over Europe" tour ended succesfully!! Thanks a lot to all the promoters, organizers, fans, friends & people in general who made this huge tour possible! You guys rule!
